Who is this course for?
If you sell alcohol to the public for consumption off the premises, for example in an off-licence store or on the premises, for example in a restaurant; this ‘Challenge 25’ course will provide you with the knowledge you need to sell alcohol legally and responsibly. This short course is designed to support a role in the workplace for learners working or preparing to work in retail or hospitality, offering age-restricted products and/or services.
This training can be used as a due diligence, to evidence the continuous development of your staff members. It can also work as a knowledge refresher, especially after a failed test purchase.
