Cancellation/Refund Policy

If in the event that (for whatever reason) the customer* fails to attend or withdraws from a training course for which a booking has been made and paid for, without providing at least 28 days written notice prior to the scheduled commencement date, the following cancellation charges will be applied.

1-14 calendar days = 100% Cancellation charge

15-21 calendar days = 50% Cancellation Charge

22-28 calendar days = 25% Cancellation Charge

>28 calendar days = No Cancellation Charge

*Customer refers to delegate placed on course or co-ordinator who made the booking on behalf of the delegate.
